So nikotpf coolcs2 ltd and nikotpf zenit marketing have the same address in london. Both polish nationals. I have found the listed owner for coolcs 2 ltd on linkedin and i will email his other employer so they know what type of delicvent they are hiring.

I think I'm going to make a complaint to natwest about how they rejected my claims my last year (May), and perhaps quote again service not received and mention the mcc rules?

Of course they did but the company can’t show proof and they used different merchants to collect the funds

But I did raise the chargebacks in time, however they rejected them, technically only responded to one though. So I think I'm OK there?
