No I cancelled the claim after hearing they were closing your account down. Emailed them and they told me to contact the bank directly so I’m taking that as a loss

Mine is similar amount just different bank. They look like they’re cooperating. Once they actually raise them it’s good news as hard for these fraudsters to fight them.

I've also currently got around £5000 in chargebacks raised with mastercard, through Santander. Haven't been credited for any of them up front which is annoying, but theres been no update for over a month and normally no news is good news!

I was almost two years clean before my recent blip last week. You just have to remind yourself to remove any temptation at all. As addicts, even just a £1 scratch card can set us back off so we have to stay away from any form of gambling.
