Tried calling them. Think it’s an offshore call centre and they didn’t really understand. In the end they raised an internal dispute and someone will get back to me in 1-3 days. Similar with you?

Ok no I did it using the chat app tried to raise them they got declined then I raised a complaint and they raised them and refunded right away and I got a small amount of compensation then a few months later I raised them again then after that I closed the account I got it all back no challenge

I sent my objection letter then after 45days the bank said we have sent it to their bank if you do not hear by 21st April you win that was 10 days ago

And CLMNT will refer you back to the bank report to action fraud
