So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. I think because it is illegal there, if you contacted the merchants/casino they may refund you, that or I'd doubt they'd go against the charge back..

Have you tried contacting the merchants/casinos first? Them knowing it is illegal for them to he offering online casinos in the US .. they may refund you the money!
