Has anyone had any success with any of these? I mean, the amount of deposits to those companies alone is over £70k but I’m willing to agree a settlement if the opportunity arises.
I’ve also emailed IGA for Santeda’s contact details as Velobet won’t respond to my emails for a statement of all deposits made.

1) It all depends on how your deposits were processed by the bank (transaction names).
2) If you are requesting a refund through the bank, the maximum period for a chargeback is 540 days, roughly 1.5 years ago.

Could you please let me know what information you find on Santeda? I can't seem to pinpoint any concrete information, they appear to be a shell company from what i can tell without any actual offices.
I will do, if I can get anywhere. I’ve emailed Velobet directly and then IGA re Santeda and I’ll see what response I get. I was banned today (I assume this is because of my request to Falcora) but nothing has come through yet. I know there is a user in this group called Sutton who has had success and ended up with a settlement and NDA.

Page 122 of this thread, post right at the bottom by Sutton. You may need to go back a few posts but that’s how he managed to get a refund.

If you find yourself having any issues with Curaçao gaming companies or falcora finance listed on your bank statement, and you’re in the UK, it might be a good idea to reach out to your bank. You can ask them about Nucleus365 and their role in providing services to falcora finance, which is based in Canada. I've learned that Nucleus365 is actually a UK-based payment provider registered with the FCA, I would definitely reach out to them and let them know they have been involved in a illegal banking transactions and also get in touch with the FCA and file a complaint.
Ps. Make sure you get confirmation from your bank first before reaching out to Nucleus365.

^I’ve seen Nucleus365 mentioned a few times, how did you establish they were linked to Falcora? Are you 100% sure?
They are. Again, one of the accounts I paid into for Falcora, I did a check on the account and sort code and it’s linked to Clear Bank/Nucleus365.

I’m not sure on legalities but their website does have this on it.. 
^ Isn’t it nice of all these UK-based banks and other payment providers to help overseas companies rip off UK residents? So thoughtful and patriotic of them…
