I reckon playing dumb ! I pointed out they had missed another 50 plus then they did them all as they had said any like these let us know as they are all covered !

Yes I just did it by email followed on to the case ref but you could ring as long as you get the same person dealing with it otherwise you will get some clown saying gambling is not covered !

I will respond to get email later then just saying going through my statements I find more connected to my current case then send dates and amounts

You will get it if they do not reply just keep chasing them if they ignore dont call when they do your final payouts mention it and you get the money right away

Yes as if the ignored them its their failing I got an apology and about £13000 of them paid right away

Well thats how mine worked when they called I said i had been chasing for weeks with no reply to all the ones missed if they reply then its easier I was probs being blanked due to the amounts involved

My credit card company refuse point blank to chargeback my deposits because it's gambling even though, you are not meant to be allowed to use credit card for gambling.
