Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Hi Everyone

I wanted to give you some advice. Please be careful. I’ve disputed payments with Barclays and they have blocked my account and withheld all of my funds. They are closing them down and it takes 15 working days for their investigation to take place and may result in a Cifas being applied to me. How is it possible that we end up being punished for corrupt payment processors, scam merchants and dodgy casinos? It’s really knocked me if I’m honest and this will be my last post now.

Nope they are linked to Intergiro who are also linked to quickbit. They say we authorised payments and to go to the bank. I did and showed proof that they wouldn’t send me proof of purchase or proof of goods received but the bank said the goods I paid for aren’t eligible for a refund
