How long did jokabet take to respond to you from the date of your first email?

Their initial response was within a day if I remember rightly, however I had to wait about 2-3 weeks before they refunded me, I was relentless in chasing them and sending messages etc

I raised chargebacks to capital one and got a reply the transactions are not covered as fraud ! I specifically completed a chargeback form and sent it and never asked for them to be raised as fraud ! they are either daft or acting it not a massive claim £300 but jesus !

Just in the past week since charging back Capital one / mybookie.ag. They have called me 2 times basically begging for the money (850$) back or they’re sending me to collections. i messaged the uk mastercard twitter, they asked for some details and forwarded it to another team on their side, not heard back from them yet, been a couple weeks, same with the FOS
