Yes Kasha has refunded BPWallet & MobilePays transactions.
Bitsent is part of Quickbit, they just refuse to communicate

I’m glad you’ve managed to get some refunds at least!! What did kasha reply to you? They’ve just emailed me back but I’m unsure about sending some of the things they’ve requested

They replied with the refund ref numbers and I’ve had the refunds. I did have to chase them quite a bit though
