Dear Administrator,
Thank you for the warning. However, I believe it is time to address something far more concerning than my forum activity — the way this forum is actually moderated.
Casino Guru presents itself as an independent platform where players can openly share their experiences, discuss payment processors, expose questionable merchant practices, and help each other recover their money. Unfortunately, what I have witnessed raises serious doubts about how independent and transparent these discussions really are.
Whenever users actively investigate payment processors, question merchant activities, exchange information about chargebacks, or discuss potential misconduct, their contributions suddenly seem to become a problem.
Instead of addressing the substance of these discussions, the administration appears more interested in controlling how frequently people speak and what subjects receive attention.
A forum where uncomfortable discussions are discouraged and active participants are threatened with restrictions is hardly an example of an open and independent community.
You accuse me of "flooding" and refer to the alleged similarity of accounts, yet you provide no specific examples of which posts violated your rules or how these conclusions were reached. Vague accusations are not evidence.
If you believe I have violated your terms, identify the specific posts and the specific rules breached. Otherwise, these warnings look less like legitimate moderation and more like an attempt to silence inconvenient discussions.
It increasingly feels as though certain topics are welcome only as long as they remain within boundaries acceptable to the administration. That raises a legitimate question: Is Casino Guru genuinely a platform for protecting players, or simply a carefully moderated environment where only convenient discussions are allowed to continue?
Players come here because they have lost money, encountered questionable payment practices, or struggled to obtain refunds. They deserve transparency, not intimidation.
You are, of course, free to restrict or permanently ban my account. That is entirely your decision, and I am not particularly concerned about it.
However, removing a user does not invalidate their experiences, resolve the underlying problems, or make legitimate questions disappear.
You can control who is allowed to post on your forum. You cannot control the facts, and you certainly cannot demand that everyone accept your version of events without questioning it.
If Casino Guru genuinely values transparency, perhaps the administration should demonstrate it through its own actions rather than repeatedly reminding users of its power to silence them.
