While we understand your claim you do not have there right to claim for this reason.

After receiving some information from xpate (nothing about the merchant) they won’t help me further with information to proceed to chargebacks… 2 months of time wasted ☹️

People here have mentioned that they may be connected to XPate, but XPate hasn’t responded to my enquiries.

Has anyone had the same experience with these descriptors? Did you manage to contact them somehow or get a refund in the end?

Did Tesco Bank say whether they would consider a dispute under a different reason, for example services not received or service not as described, rather than focusing on the fact that the transactions were gambling-related?

Also, for anyone who was successful with a chargeback in a similar situation, what reason code or dispute basis did your bank actually use?

It is Xpate mate , ask for a GDPR request and they send you a whole list of payments, but no merchant id’s , I know they are Xpate cus I have compaired the time and date on their list and my bankaccount
