Nikotpf and vision craft is NOT the same entity . Nikotpf is Niko payment eu , and vision craft the fake marchand use by the casino on the gateway nikotpf. Schezrch visioncraft perhaps mirror website or company and send a email at nikotpf for compliance conformity and explain vision craft is use for other code mcc and activity by casino. And vision craft if you find that request the refund on your card

Wasn’t about you mate. It’s around 2-3 accounts. Post basically the same thing about Xpate, mislead people (including myself) and post around 6 times in one go. It’s just fishy and they all say basically the same thing each time.

Update on progress.

Final chargebacks from Revolut have been successful this morning (earlier than expected). This means all of the chargebacks that were bulk raised by the agent I spoke with at length are now complete and refunds processed. The merchants I’ve been successful with through Revolut are;

Re my Walletto complaint, they have responded to say that they do not have relationships with 5 of the 7 identified merchants. They also have failed to identify transactions that they referred to in the DSAR (go figure 🤨). The 2 they still have relationships with have been asked to refund. I’ve challenged the issues with the other 5 and I am prepared to go to the bank of Lithuania if needs be.

Once I complete the Walletto complaint, I will do a forum post with all my templates I have used for various pathways in the hope that it helps others in someway.

So far, I have managed to reclaim circa £30k, with £22k in the Walletto complaint. I have been doing this since June so it hasn’t been an easy or quick process.

these are bots i think lying about xpate for some strange reason. I emailed xpate and they got back to me pretty much straight away (within a few days). I noted all merchants these people in chat that i have that were linked to xpate - i think there were 4 merchants people sold me directly are xpate. They said they have no record of any of them. So these people are lying

Volt.io also processes Kryptonim payments. I got this information from volt.io.

xpate ltd they not refund have all data Arn etc for 7 merchant and they answer 1 time ans said contact merchant
