Not raised a single a chargeback with revolut yet, kind of sitting on the fence as don’t want to risk loosing my account. (Although made them aware of my issues last year)
Have a significant amount of money that was deposited with digital crypto pay and I know both the merchant laundering and there T&C’s go against both of them. Still find it hard that revolut will side with the merchant that i willingly authorised the transactions.
Then others with merchants claiming to be utility companies etc for a few £1000 here and there.
Tough choice how to go about it.

Can someone tell me what they wrote to ivypay to get refunds for kryptonim back? They keep telling to contact each other🙄 ive shown them evidence of other players receiving refunds from ivypay and yet they just lie to my fsce saying they dont issue refunds! Quantipay Ag also appeared on my spreadsheet of payments from kryptonim email. So clearly they are both processed by ivy.

Did you complete the online form and attach the evidence re kryptonim saying no? Have you any transaction data that proves the chain and who the wallets actually belonged to?
Has anyone actually had a refund from them?

About 2 weeks they took to reply to my original email. They have not sent me a form to fill as they are claiming they dont issue refunds. So I sent them screenshots of a users screenshots on here to call them out as they clearly do refund. Revolut have been useless. They told me to recall the transactions so I did then they told me they can't recall these transactions even though ivy told me to in there email. Im just going round in circles.

Yes kryptonim send me a excel spreadsheet with all the data. It left my revolut account as pounds, then on the way to the casino it was changed to usdc and when it hit my account it was back in pounds. I used the faster wire payments for deposits. I only sent them my 14 screenshots for kryptonim virtual services. But included on the spreadsheet in the email from kryptonim was another 5 transactions for Quantipay AG. So I can I only assume ivy.token processed these too. Pisses me off others get refunds and then the processors lie through there teeth saying they dont refund.

The form is on their website. Interestingly when I contacted them after filling the online form they emailed me with a different form. Try running their T&C through AI and see if it picks up anything with all your correspondence.
Failing that are you not able to use their chargeback comment to support chargebacks?

Oh which site has a form ivy or kryptonim? Rev wont allow me to chargeback for wire transfers. Only for card payments. Plus rev have declined half my other merchants but the exact same merchants they have raised them for other users. Like wtf. Why only raise some and not everyone's.

Ivy's T&C are clear that they prohibit gambling. I agree it's hit and miss

Maybe its because its wire transfers? Mine are all via my debit card
