Hi. I only had a small number of payments under the FREDTG descriptor. If they were indeed processed by Xpate, I'm glad there weren't many, as getting a refund from Xpate seems to be quite difficult.

It depends on the reference that is showing for each payment. Those processed by Ivy Pay have a reference which starts Irf

Has anyone been successful in scam requests through their bank in the UK with Roletto? Done via faster payments bank transfers and they are investigating it but are contacting the bank that the money were transferred too. I’ve said I down recognise the merchants for "Kryptominun virtual" & "quantiauim AG". They have said if they can’t get the money back they will go down the PSR route but I’m worried they will relocate it back to gambling. Thanks

I would contact your bank and be honest with them. There have been people on this forum who have reported having CIFAS or accounts closed etc.

I don’t have rolletto but I have been successful in some chargebacks where I’ve disclosed that it’s been gambling transactions. The worst they can do is decline the chargeback but at least you’ve been open with them.

Hi, I have told my bank but didn’t say it was gambling. I said it was something else but the merchant on my account isn’t something I’m aware of or notice. They said they would decide in 5 working days but just looking to see if anyone else has been successful

I meant contact them and tell them it was gambling. There are codes for banks to raise these claims under even if it is gambling. What bank are you with? Some people on the forum have reported having CIFAS or accounts closed because they didn’t disclose gambling up front, and bank took the path of saying it was fraud, which technically it is. You know it’s gambling but deliberately saying something different.

Entirely up to you what you do or say, I'm just giving some advice based on previous experiences and my own current experience.
