A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

What merchants did you have with them please?

I asked Claude, it says this mate

Here’s the trap. Xpate wants the chargebacks withdrawn first, then promises to refund. But once a chargeback is withdrawn, it’s gone — you generally can’t re-raise it (the case is closed, and the scheme time limits don’t reset). So if they withdraw the chargebacks and Xpate then doesn’t pay, or pays only some, they’ve surrendered their only enforceable route and are left trusting an offshore-adjacent payment firm’s goodwill. That’s exactly why Xpate wants it in that order: it moves all the risk onto the cardholder.

1. Get the deal in writing — amounts, all transactions covered, timescale — from an official Xpate address, not a verbal or chat promise.

2. Insist on the reverse sequence: refund first, withdraw after. "I’ll withdraw the chargebacks once the refunds have cleared to my account." A genuine offer survives that; only a stall dies on it. If they won’t refund first, that itself tells you the offer isn’t safe.

3. If they insist on withdrawal first, don’t — or at most withdraw only after money is confirmed in the account, transaction by transaction.

4. Check with the bank before withdrawing anything — confirm whether a withdrawn dispute can be reopened (usually not) and whether the credit already given would be reversed.

On the specific worries in the question:

• "Could my bank charge a fee?" — banks don’t typically charge for withdrawing a dispute, but the real cost is losing the credit and the ability to re-raise it. That’s the risk, not a fee.

• "Could the bank have a problem with me?" — no issue with legitimately settling directly, but if the bank already refunded via chargeback and then Xpate also refunds, that’s a double recovery the bank will claw back one side of — so the person mustn’t end up paid twice and assume they keep both.

Aibrush is processed by transactworld. I emailed a complaint to support email and was refunded in 48 hours.

if you search the forum with the descriptor, you’ll likely find quite a few of them with contact details etc.

best of luck

Their email is [email protected]

My complaint asked them to review transactions made with my card on their network - I provided a masked pan number and name - I flagged that I had reason to believe that the merchant was miscoding transactions and using their network to bypass gambling and other high risk activities. They then emailed and refunded the transactions, and blocked the card on their network.

Update on progress. Was getting no where conversing with Solarbee so submitted chargebacks with bank. (They actually told me to). Today was the deadline and have had all refunded.

Worth noting that they seem to have stopped trading in the past fortnight so not sure what that would mean for any future claims/chargebacks.

Getting there. One day at a time.

This forum used to be useful now there’s pages and pages taken over by discussions about "XPATE". Why not start a new thread just for "XPATE" it’s getting annoying now. Many people are reaching out wanting help with other transactions and getting no where.

I think there’s quite a few, they’re definitely involved with santeda casinos.

I’ve got a group of merchants with the same BIN who multiple people have told me were processed by Xpate.

I don’t know who’s had refunds but I’m sure the more people talking about them is good, they’re a UK registered company too. Chargebacks look the best route by what people are saying

I believe they’re involved with santeda offshore casinos if what people are saying is correct. Who knows though. I’m not sure on refunds either mate

What did you email them saying?

Does anyone have any info first hand they can share on glfi? Got a complaint in with Barclays atm on them but looking for more information.

I know they came via some of the santeda casinos.

but absolute zero response from them on emails and waiting for the the time to run until I can report them to relevant authorities.

I can see some people have had success going back but very little info on how/ or if the users are still active on here.
