Τους έστειλα τα (διαγραμμένα) στοιχεία της κάρτας, την ημερομηνία συναλλαγής, το ποσό και τον ιστότοπο όπου έγινε η πληρωμή. Στη συνέχεια, απάντησαν ότι εξακολουθούσαν να μην μπορούν να βρουν τη συναλλαγή και με συμβούλευσαν να επικοινωνήσω με την τράπεζά μου για να επιλύσω το πρόβλημα.

Hi. You should consider filing a chargeback through your bank for the transactions processed by Xpate. If you can provide enough evidence, you may have a good chance of getting your money back.

Yeah same they just said complete the form, was this the same for you? Do you know if passpoint, ISX financial and kryptonim go through them? I think passpoint and kryptonim do for sure. The other one is other merchant name on my lloyds for open banking. Shame lloyds said they cant do anything for me as it was open banking transaction.
