so do you think it would be worth going ahead and requesting chargeback, even though this is against the T and Cs of the credit card, surely telling them I’ve gambled on my credit card will affect my ability to borrow in the future in some way. Sorry to be a pain on this i’m quite young and am looking to buy a house in the near future so am weighing up my options 🙂

I’m well over a month clean now at least. It’s time we all stopped chasing our losses and moved on with our lives. It’s virtually impossible to get your money back without the risk of chargeback, fraud or CIFAS on you. Thanks for the help everyone has given to me over the past few years.

So why does every single chargeback dispute look like the first 2 screenshots "sorry we cant dispute this for you" then a few days later once I did (x y z merchant chargebacks) refunds have appeared. Think I know pal. They are closing my account on the 13th of august.

anyone had any dealings with Visioncroft LTD. I’m not even sure what website this was for, could have been winwinter or maybe one of wanted international group. I had tens of transactions with them which were for thousands of pounds in april. Anyone know whether this is worth disputing on my credit card? or going directly to the payment provider.

Raised chargebacks on my bank account. They were declined by bank. Then refunds appeared a few days later

It appears IVYPAY have now stopped replying. Over 2 weeks now and nothing


on a brighter note I wrote to natwest CEO and explained my issues with wrong MCC coding and they have managed to return me thousands. The merchants didn’t reply after 45 days. I would advise you all to be completely honest
