they just say they are investigating but majority of time do nothing hopefully not the case for your sake.Also that excuse by the bank doesnt mean anything if you persist with the goods and service not provided route. Have you threatened to escalate to fca and made formal complaint ?

Yeah I’ve said I’ll go to the fca but they started saying that good was provided as it was for gambling, thing is I didn’t mention gambling and they claim they haven’t spoke to any merchants

If I go back and say that I didn’t get any services or goods from the merchants I only opted for goods from the casino will this be a strong case?

you can say some deposits weren't credited so not all goods and services were provided say the gambling company said with some of the deposits it wasn't processed and it would be returned to your bank but none have been. you contacted the merchant that appears and they ain't refunding you have not received no credits goods or service for majority of the transactions and the gambling account was blocked.

I have noticed helpersm have changed buissness location it was registered to vivola or something like that now it's registered APPERATOR LTD

It was showing London as it was under a company called vivola I think but now it's changed to APPERATOR LTD go to the Web page and check again

Αλλά η συναλλαγή δεν είναι για ευχή αλλά για alphastrike

Όχι μόνο αυτό, η υποστήριξη επιβεβαίωσε ότι ήταν αυτοί στους οποίους πήγε η συναλλαγή, τι μπορώ να κάνω για να λάβω επιστροφή χρημάτων

yeah helps to strengthen your case but cant be the sole reason as the comment said below its just difficult when you say its just gambling transactions

Well my initial email obviously says I am writing about illegal transactions bypassing MCC etc and claiming a refund, I have not received services from you or goods etc. Please block my bank card from any future transactions.

I have proof of sending an email to bitsent 5 weeks before transactions went through to fomiline, goriwire, bitsent etc asking them to block my card from any future transactions with all of them and their companies. This is in their t&Cs as well. Surely this is eligible for a refund.file

So my claim got denied for chargeback on basis of I authorised the transactions and the bank are saying that it’s a dispute I need to take up with the casino not the merchants, as the merchants have provided services. However the merchant in question sells nft art which I have not received or brought, what should I say to my bank?
