Hi Dani, just received a response from usupport regarding mixcrede and they’ve said they’ve checked on their end and they can’t find any payments linked to my email address. Did you have a similar experience? I’ve made the point that it’s likely that the merchant used a different email address due to the payments being fraudulent

They’ve come back and asked for my masked pan even though I shared an excel doc including all of it. They seem to be treating it with urgency which is nice. On another note, did you have anything this with Falcora finance? They go through naudapay/ noda.live, copied in clear bank (falcora’s bank) and banking circle and they are treating it with urgency, don’t want to speak to soon but they’re winding down operations so an FOS complaint will cause them issues, I think I may actually get a refund and had just shy of £10k with them
