I think involving bank circle was maybe the reason because ivy were helping but they didn't get back to me yet and within 24 hours of using loos advice I got it refunded from the actual casino itself so I think it definitely helped alot how it was done. Give it a go good luck 🤞🏻
I did contact both but on my last attempt it was the template provided by loo to [email protected] and [email protected] then cc in [email protected] and [email protected] worked for me 🤞🏻
