If you email the processor [email protected] these are payments that say London on your bank these are the processors to a lot off transactions you can tell them who it is and they can give you the full merchants email address to direct contact.

They then send you through to a payment page in that payment page it asks for amount in the amount your charged in debit card last 4 number off card and you input the date if it brings up the payment it takes you to the actual merchants details and then you can request refund directly.
