Euswaq could be swap-nova. I have it as QUASWA on my statement but it can be the same one as the address is Potters Bar as well and the name is quite similar

i asked cnb to include me as a creditor and latest reply was basically refusal, they can’t return funds.


my case is with the ombudsman but I’m likely to get a lawyer involved now.

I haven't had a direct refund from anyone. I keep chasing but nothing....My bank reported transactions to a merchant (worth a big chunk of my losses) as fraud.

I should get a response in a few days. I just said I don't recognize the merchant and never interacted with it. Had a call with someone from the fraud team who asked a few questions. They blocked my card and reissued a new one but honestly I don't have hopes to recover the money

So I have a response from them and they say they won’t refund and you have to contact the bank so REAIRB are www.ra.co

Hi, Yes I did. I proved I didn't have an account with them, plus I actually emailed them within 15 days of the purchase to cancel my order and they didn't respond. This is despite them creating false receipts.
