They said this to me in an email
"Hello,

I checked with someone else in the UK for a casino, and they also can't deposit with them, so I think it's blocked?

Yes they've replied to be to do that submission form but I can't find the comment on here now of the payment descriptor used

Obviously I emailed them 😂 I saw a comment on here about a descriptor I was looking for and saw a reply with cardaq email. I'm trying to look for it 🤦♀️

In the same boat - did all of the above, but only started this process since last friday and last time I had contact with them was monday this week? Wish we get refunded but may not be quick from reading the forum, looks like some have been in similar positions with no luck at all

I’ve refused to provide it as it’s just a delay tactic hoping at some stage you give up. I challenged them on why they need all of this information and also went down the route of reporting to FCA. They need to be stopped

still not refunded but tried to reach out to get refunds for these:
