I made a complaint directly with the casino.
They was replying to me fast and said the complaint was sent to the complaint department.
I never heard anything from them so last week....
I contacted sonect myself and they instantly refunded me
I contacted Cnsltitans this morning and in less then 30mins they refunded me.😊
Iv just been on live chat to crownz and asked them to give me contact details for webltca or refund me themselves and they won't talk to me about the issue 😂
Alice has disabled live chat aslo, looks like she got assypants on 😂🤣
Don't take payments wrongly then if you don't want customers to contact the processors directly and receive refunds ✌️
