Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice.

I recently raised disputes with Revolut against WEBLT. Today, I received an email from Revolut saying the merchant responded and that my dispute has been closed in the merchant’s favour, as they allegedly provided evidence showing the transaction was successful and legitimate.

However, I know for a fact that the documents they submitted are false and fraudulent. The information they’ve provided does not accurately reflect what happened.

Has anyone dealt with a situation like this before? What steps can I take to challenge this decision or escalate it further? I’d really appreciate any guidance.

I’m waiting for the evidence now. Revolut said however that ‘ According to the merchant’s records and your transaction history, the payment was used to top up your account on their platform, and that balance was then spent on computer programming and data‑processing services. In other words, the digital services you paid for were delivered, accessed, and used as intended, and there’s no evidence of fraud or that the service failed.’

I did my bank wrote to me with the evidence asking to object which I did and then won the cases as they were clear fakes but for some reason Revolut are not doing this

You need to open a complaint first with your bank. Say you do not agree with the evidence. Then take to Financial Ombudsman who will check the information.
