I said if not refunded asap, I’ll raise externally with regulators such as FCA/FOS, action fraud, police for a fraud case, visa and Mastercard schemes etc etc

I finally got a response from them and they have said they will refund. I sent them another email and they responded to the second email

in that case, I assume that the payment processors have notified Mr Jones Casino regarding the chargebacks (they’re essentially powerless because they can’t contest the chargebacks) so they’ve opted to send you threats instead
