After I contacted them last year whilst website was still live and companies house wasn't dormant, I received part refund. I have since chased for the remaining but met with resistance from c/o company which is Future Insight. They were based gravesend then Bromley.

I checked the network logs when processing the transaction to see what api it was connecting to.
