Hi! Could you give you your user name on discord? I might be able to help you if mastercard will treat your case the same way as mine.

I got a full refund and the transactions were from 2023. The reason is that Mass toyin ltd uses mastercards own payment gateway (mpgs). So this will only work for this specific merchant

And what's your fees? You have no gaurentee that you can retrieve players funds. Do you charge fees upfront. If you really wanted to help people you would be sharing your knowledge on here openly.

Hey guys quite the thread. I too have lost a ton of money on online casinos over the last year. Alot on JOYCASINO and a fair amount on betway. I recently lost around 3 k on joy casino. What's the chances I can get some money back ? What's the process? If you guys could lead me in the right direction it would be awesome.
