hello i have arounf 27 on revolut 18 are for 2 providers how did you go about getting past the first review stage as ive supplied all evidence but they keep getting cancelled is there another way?

I managed to charge back under fraud case , NatWest asked me did you make them I said no because I never made them because I deposited money to a casino but my money went somewhere else in crypto wallets which doesn't make any sense I've never concent to process any transactions to crypto wallets, so NatWest accped my fraud dispute and raised it then it says you are due to a refund once transactions clear from pending I don't know what do they mean

I guess they will just submit a chargeback and then it’s 35/40 days for it to be won or not?

Did they not ask you if the money deposited ended up on the casino platform though? And they must of known tou authorised the payment or it would t lf went through to the casino?

Natwest are refunding you. But they can take it back off you if the merchant disputes it and wins. Did you authorised the payments and was the card mastercard? What was casino name ?

Ive probably been to homest with natwest, but i dont want it taken back off me or a fraud case on my hands, i havent heard anything back yet but probably wont get any charge backs as i said it was to an unlicenced casino that i belived to be legit at the time and that they use wrong mcc to get around gambling blocks and disguise gambling transactions

A transaction becomes unauthorized not only when the cardholder didn’t make it, but also when the transaction materially differs from what the cardholder and bank agreed to authorize. this new rule will surely bring illegal casinos using wrong merchant coding to the end!

When an illegal casino disguises itself using false merchant coding, the authorization is obtained through misrepresentation and is therefore invalid. This isn’t a brand-new rule — it’s a long standing principle in card-network rules and contract law that’s being enforced more aggressively lately

You usually have to approve the transaction on the bank app though with the merchants name on?
