1, Check the following link aureavia.com/help


2, Scroll to the bottom as site lists an abundance of merchants, I contacted them [email protected] in regards to these merchants.


They advised they would help with merchant contact details.

Lo and behold they got in touch today asking me to initiate chargeback, go get them folks

Yes I refuted a fake invoice and won the case skinsmgnate said they sent me skins on a fake invoice I pointed out several things and people helped on here as well I reckon the longer it takes the better its a good sign

It's the website of one of the payment gateways that dodgy casinos use. They're just stupid enough to list all the merchants that they use to facilitate that.


IF they do provide contact details, you can email them and ask for a refund, then create a chargeback if they don't reply etc.......

I got everything back from Floxydy through a bank chargeback. I sent dozens of emails, and they lied to me, saying they didn't have any transactions, that they didn't see them, etc.

Regarding Visioforge, I hired a Polish lawyer who filed a lawsuit for payment; we're waiting for a court order. I've sent emails, but no response.

As for Shortsy, I'm sending them an email right now. I'll see what happens and take appropriate action.


P.S. I think there were too many chargebacks for Floxydy, because the website is down :)

The authorities are either incompetent or unwilling to address these issues. These companies launder money without a hitch, and nothing happens. Acting independently through local lawyers is expensive, but as I see it, most companies pay after receiving a letter from a lawyer. Obviously, if they were to get into court, they would have to prove who the actual recipient of the payment was.

I think this is part of a greater scam. They are likely more connected than you know. Go on a deep dive on this company, where they are actually located, their partners, don't settle.

I’ve contacted Nuvei previously who have told me to chargeback as they cannot issue refunds. I’ve emailed them today telling them about this illegal activity that Nuvei is implicated in and it should be reported to Denederlandscbank and FCA
