Admin are reviewing my reply but basically you need to highlight that they were gambling transactions and the MCC used was deliberately changed to bypass protections on your account. If they have a PCI-DSS certificate they need to comply with the regulations.

When were your transactions made? They sometimes will refund if you stay going at them. If it's recent transactions there's still time to chargeback so sometimes they give in.
