No they didn’t, it was for translated services online, they made an account in my name that stated my email address however I tried logging in and said email incorrect 😂🤷‍♀️ I sent that to the bank! Also the IP address was incorrect!

If so, I'm afraid there is very little you can do about it.....


There are some posts here about them, and their partners (I think) PayOp, use the search and have a read....


IF, and it's the biggest if you've ever seen, you can prove you were coerced into making these payments then there is a very slim chance you could argue APP fraud and ask the bank to refund?

Has anyone ever used gamblesure.com they assist with complaints against Curacao casinos to try and reach a resolution. Options are closed accounts/ denied withdrawals and bonus issues. Might be worth a shot for anyone having been though these issues.

Yeah, they were bank transfers shown as "Bill Payment – Falcora Finance" on my Barclays statement.

I get what you mean, looks like there’s not much that can be done, but it’s still strange how they were processed that way and appears as bill payment. I had 66 transactions all to them, and the amount was quite big too
