I have already written to Antillephone, I was answered once and then there has been no response for 6 weeks.

This leads to nothing at Antillephone.

I mostly see similar experiences from players with this licensing authority, so to tell you the truth, I'm not too surprised. 

Anyway, were you dealing with a specific problem in the casino when you wrote to the authority ? Could you say a little more about the situation if that's the case ?
