I had a bonus then I met the rollover requirements after the balance came down from $10k. Then they said it need to go further after $8k. When it got to $3k I received a message saying I was ready to cash out.

Didn't this bonus have a maximum cashout limit, which is why they told you that you were only entitled to 250? Yes! And yes! The more I played the more I was told the requirement wasn’t met until the balance came down. The only bonus chip that was still available to see was $550 total. Yet, I’m told I’ve met the requirement which I took a picture of then they say the cash out is $250. They aren’t being honest!

I really don't understand why they kept asking you to keep playing if you had already met the wagering requirements.
But what I noticed in the Terms is that every no-deposit bonus has a maximum cashout limit. So if the screenshot I see with the free chip is the one you used, then the maximum cashout limit must have been listed somewhere along with it.
