Καλημέρα, ήθελα να σας ενημερώσω για το τι συμβαίνει με την ζητούμενη ανάληψη, των 4000 ευρώ έχω λάβει μόνο 800 μέχρι σήμερα, όταν ζήτησα εξηγήσεις αρχικά μου είπαν ότι ήμασταν εντός της προθεσμίας των 14 ημερών. Εν τω μεταξύ, έχοντας παίξει ξανά και κέρδισα, ζήτησα άλλη ανάληψη αλλά η προηγούμενη παραμένει σε εκκρεμότητα, επικοινώνησα ξανά με την υποστήριξη που μου είπε ότι: αφού ζήτησα νέα ανάληψη, υπολογίζονται οι 14 ημέρες από το τελευταίο αίτημα. Κάτι γελοίο. Βασικά, ποιος ξέρει πότε και αν θα δω αυτά τα κεφάλαια. Buongiorno, volevo aggiornarvi di quanto accade con il prelievo richiesto, di 4000 euro ho ricevuto ad oggi unicamente 800, alla richiesta di spiegazioni mi è stato inizialmente detto che rientravamo nel termine dei 14 giorni. Nel frattempo avendo nuovamente giocato e vinto ho richiesto un altro prelievo ma il precedente rimane in attesa, ho contattato nuovamente l'assistenza che mi ha detto che: avendo richiesto un nuovo prelievo i 14 giorni si contano a partire dall'ultima richiesta. Una cosa ridicola. Praticamente questi fondi chissà quando e se li vedrò. Alla luce dei fatti sconsiglio assolutamente il casinò, partendo dal presupposto che sono certa che se non foste intervenuti voi non arei passato la validazione dei documenti che rifiutavano COSTANTEMENTE E SENZA ALCUN MOTIVO, ho impiegato 12 giorni per una verifica con i fondi bloccati anche in quel caso. La politica di attesa di 14 giorni lavorativi era già eccessiva ma addirittura prorogare il termine e farlo ripartire da capo a ogni nuova richiesta di prelievo mi sembra fuori dal mondo. Bocciato assolutamente! Fanno i furbetti e i furbetti non piacciono a nessuno.
