Hi, I saw that you filed a complaint a week ago, so probably a good move as we give casinos 14 days to sort out everything that is needed and send the money.
Nevertheless, can you at least briefly describe what happened please ? We are currently waiting for a reply from the casino so I hope they will respond soon even though it has been almost a week. 😕

I made a deposit on March 31st and won $4000 and cashed out on March 31st. I talked to them on chat for 1 month, they said that everything is fine and that because of many withdrawals they will delay with my withdrawal. I waited until April 30t when my balance was cleared. I talked to them and they said I mixed up the funds and for that I don't get any more money. When I made the deposit, I had $0.20 in my account.
