I’ve reached out to Big Time Gaming (the game provider) to which they’ve not replied at all. They’re stayed silent.
@ Radka / Dan - would it be possible to add the ability to complain directly too game providers using your channel? Same way you ask casinos to join in compliant discussion are you able to invite actual providers?
Id be interested to see what their view of this kind of manipulation on their games is,

Hello,
I personally tried to invite most of the bigger game providers to join our forum, but none (except CasimiGaming) were interested.
The whole point was to get them in touch with players so they can debate and comment about their products and share directly what's new, what's happening, or simply anything they find interesting for their players. 🙂
Frankly, I do not think we have enough time to deal with the complaints against game providers. The next thing is that if you like to complain about any game, you will end up dealing with the casino as well since the game provider is a casino supplier. It's the same for payment providers as well.
