Seriously, do you like how Droodles work? Do you feel any effect, perhaps? This tool is supposed to help out, refocus, or even relieve the stress, so anything you could say in that regard may help to improve the Droodles.

That was my next thing to say. Such a small exercise, in my opinion, will be most effective in specific situations where it is necessary to take a break from the present in order to gain some mental distance from what is going on - so that the brain can take over the intense feelings. 😀
