I’ve been trying to verify my Linebet account for months and the process doesn’t seem to move forward.
Here’s what happened:
1. Linebet asked me to send photos of the documents I used during registration. I sent them.
2. After that, security team asked for a selfie holding my ID next to my face, with the background showing I’m contacting the security department. I sent that as well, following the exact instructions.
3. Since then, my account is still unverified. Customer support only replies robotic messagrs and gives no timeline or reason for the delay.
