Το υπόλοιπο μπόνους μου έχει αυξηθεί σε πάνω από 2.000,00 ευρώ. Χρειαζόμουν όμως να εκπληρώσω άλλα 3.000 ευρώ ανατροπής.
Προς έκπληξή μου, σήμερα το πρωί συνδέομαι στον λογαριασμό μου και διαπιστώνω ότι το μέγιστο στοίχημά μου είχε περιοριστεί στα 0,15 €. Σωστά, μέγιστο ποντάρισμα 15 σεντς του ευρώ. Καθώς έχω ακόμα περισσότερα από 2.000 ευρώ rollover να εκπληρώσω, αυτό σημαίνει ότι θα χρειαστεί να τοποθετήσω άλλα 13.000 στοιχήματα σε διάστημα μικρότερο από 4 ημέρες.

Αυτοί οι τραμπούκοι έχουν την τέλεια δικαιολογία να μην με πληρώσουν.
Απλώς θα ισχυριστούν ότι αφού δεν ολοκλήρωσα το rollover εγκαίρως, το υπόλοιπο μπόνους μου έχει λήξει. Αλλά δεν θα αναφέρουν ότι έχασα μόνο το rollover γιατί με εμπόδισε να το κάνω ο παράλογος περιορισμός των 0,15 λεπτών του ευρώ.
Δεν παραβίασα κανέναν κανόνα μπόνους και δικαιούμαι να λάβω αυτό το ποσό, γιατί ρίσκαρα και το πραγματικό υπόλοιπό μου πολλές φορές. Καθώς κέρδισα με το μπόνους θα μπορούσα να είχα χάσει τα πάντα και σε αυτήν την περίπτωση δεν θα επέστρεφαν τα πραγματικά μου χρήματα.
Δεν πρόκειται να εγκαταλείψω τόσο εύκολα κάτι που δικαιούμαι να λάβω.
Προσπάθησα να διαφωνήσω απευθείας μαζί τους μέσω chat. Αλλά παίζουν χαζοί και δεν δείχνουν ενδιαφέρον να τροποποιήσουν λίγο τα πράγματα.
Γνωρίζω ότι το επόμενο βήμα πρέπει να είναι μια άμεση καταγγελία στη ρυθμιστική αρχή με την οποία είναι συνδεδεμένο το καζίνο στο Κουρασάο.
Από ό,τι καταλαβαίνω η διεύθυνση ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου του ρυθμιστικού φορέα αυτού του καζίνο είναι complaints@gaminglicences.com, αλλά υπάρχει ένας χρήστης εδώ στον ιστότοπο που λέει ότι εξυπηρετήθηκε καλύτερα στην καταγγελία του εναντίον ενός ιστότοπου που ρυθμίζεται από το ίδιο όργανο όταν έστειλε ένα παράπονο στο compliants@emoore.com .

I'm a sports bettor, but the story I'm about to tell can happen to casino players too.
What Burningbet casino is doing to me is an old tactic that I've been a victim of a few times at other casinos and I'm sure many will identify with.
They lured me in with a generous welcome bonus of 100% up to 300 euros for sports betting. OK. I deposited 300 euros and received another 300 as a sports bonus.
I like to bet high. I usually place bets by combining several selections on the same ticket. Last night (21/03/2022) luck smiled on me and after risking my real balance a few times I managed to win (with my bonus balance) two bets of 50 euros with odds over 20.00 (50 euros X odds) 20.00 = 1000).
My bonus balance has risen to over 2,000.00 euros. But I still needed to fulfill another 3,000 euros of rollover.
To my surprise, this morning I log into my account and find that my maximum bet had been capped at €0.15. That's right, 15 euro cents maximum bet. As I still have more than 2,000 euros of rollover to fulfill, this means that I would need to place another 13,000 bets in a period of less than 4 days.
I WILL REPEAT: 13 THOUSAND BETS IN LESS THAN 4 DAYS.
As there are no 13,000 sporting events in the next few days this makes my rollover totally impossible. And with my rollover becoming impossible, I won't be able to withdraw a single cent of my winnings.
These thugs have the perfect excuse not to pay me.
They will simply claim that since I didn't complete the rollover in time, my bonus balance has expired. But they won't mention that I only missed the rollover because I was prevented from doing so by the absurd limitation of 0.15 euro cents.
I didn't break any bonus rules and I'm entitled to receive this amount, because I also risked my real balance many times. As I won with the bonus I could have lost everything and in that case they would not refund my real money.
I'm not going to give up that easily on something I'm entitled to receive.
I've tried to argue directly with them via chat. But they play dumb and show no interest in tweaking things a bit.
I know the next step must be a direct complaint to the regulator to which the casino is linked in Curacao.
From what I understand the email address of the regulatory body of this casino is complaints@gaminglicences.com , but there is a user here on the site who says he was better served in his complaint against a site regulated by that same body when he sent a complaint to compliants@emoore.com .

Ontem a noite (21/03/2022) a sorte sorriu pra mim e depois de arriscar meu saldo real algumas vezes consegui ganhar (com meu saldo de bônus) duas apostas de 50 euros com odds superiores a 20,00 (50 euros X odd 20,00 = 1000).
Meu saldo de bônus subiu para mais de 2.000,00 euros. Mas eu ainda precisava cumprir mais 3.000 euros de rollover.
Para a minha surpresa, hoje de manhã, entro em minha conta e descubro que minha aposta máxima havia sido limitada em 0,15 euros. Isso mesmo, 15 centavos de euro de aposta máxima. Como ainda tenho mais de 2.000 euros de rollover para cumprir isso significa que eu precisaria fazer mais 13 mil apostas em um período de menos de 4 dias.
VOU REPETIR: 13 MIL APOSTAS EM MENOS DE 4 DIAS.
Como não existem 13 mil eventos esportivos nos próximos dias isso torna o meu rollover totalmente impossível. E com o meu rollover se torna impossível, eu não poderei sacar nenhum centavo dos meus ganhos.
Esses bandidos tem a desculpa perfeita para não me pagar.
Eles simplesmente vão alegar que como eu não cumpri o rollover a tempo o meu saldo de bônus expirou. Mas eles não vão mencionar que eu só deixei de cumprir o rollover porque fui impossibilitado pela limitação absurda de 0,15 centavos de euros.
Eu não descumpri nenhuma regra do bônus e tenho direito a receber esse valor, até porque arrisquei também muitas vezes meu saldo real. Assim como ganhei com o bônus poderia ter perdido tudo e nessa caso eles não devolveriam meu dinheiro real.
Não vou desistir assim tão fácil de uma coisa que eu tenho direito de receber.
Já tentei argumentar diretamente com eles via chat. Mas eles se fazem de idiotas e não demostram nenhum interesse em ajustar um pouco as coisas.
Sei que o próximo passo deve ser uma reclamação direta ao regulador ao qual o cassino é vinculado em Curação.
Pelo que entendi o endereço de email do orgão regulador desse casino é complaints@gaminglicences.com, mas há um usuario aqui no site que diz que foi melhor atendido em sua reclamação contra um site regulado por esse mesmo orgão quando enviou uma queixa para compliants@emoore.com.
Alguém pode me ajudar com alguma dica?
