I received the welcome sports bonus, wagered it, had a 100% bar (I also carefully calculated the stakes), and played a few more bets, the last two of which turned out to be winnings (very large amounts for me: 4444 and 1800). Bookmaker cancelled these winnings, leaving me with 1700 PLN, which is the maximum bonus payout (I deposited 850 PLN, received 850 PLN). Their terms and conditions state that the maximum bonus payout is 1700 PLN. The problem is that I had already wagered the bonus well beforehand, and Bookmaker's explanation is that "All bets placed during the bonus period are considered to have been placed during the wagering process and are limited to the maximum bonus payout amount when the funds are transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance."

I read the bonus terms and conditions carefully, and there's nothing to that effect.

Hello, to me it seems like the very same situation we occasionally face with casino bonuses. See for yourself:

The bonus limitation still applies as long as the bonus is active. In my opinion, the most important question is the same: when and how does this bonus end? Because it seems like fulfilling the wagering is not enough to end the bonus and associated rules. Some casinos and perhaps a sportsbook require a withdrawal to technically end the bonus.

What do you think? Is it the same?

In any case, the situation should be mentioned in the rules, no excuses.

this is the biggest casino scam i have ever known I opened an account with them on March 18th I deposited €300, received a bonus of €450 I rolled over the entire bonus at the end of the rollover I was left with the amount of €4500 in my account that we can withdraw I made three withdrawals and after that I was asked for verification I provided all the documents for verification that were requested after I sent these I received an email from them that they want a photo of me with a sheet that says the name of the casino and the date I take that photo and in my left hand to have my passport or ID I sent this photo after which I receive another email asking me to make a video call with them I did the same video with them on the 30th after this call they said it takes up to five days to give me an answer today I received an email from them saying I did not pass the video verification and that all my winnings were confiscated and that I will only receive my deposit back This is a total scam because I did what they said on camera and they saw it was me it's not their problem What casinos do I play or what games do I play is strictly related to their Casino to ask me not other casinos what I do with my life And what do I play..after that I wrote them an email and asked what the problem was and they told me that they are not obliged to tell me why this decision was made. Well how are you not obliged to tell me once you closed my account and took my 4500 money that I earned correctly and I respected all the casino's terms and conditions..Ok if you don't want me to offer services anymore so I can play at your casino, it's no problem, but if I won, I won fairly and you should have been fair to me too. so be careful it is a casino scam do not waste your time and money in such casinos
