I had an okay overall experience during my first day with them. I made 3 crypto deposits, claimed their welcome pack bonuses, and had some nice wins. I ended up with a 1.3 K crypto withdrawal. And this is where the fun ends! The only reason why I decided to join and give them a try was the promise on their homepage for "Cashout in minutes!". Well, guess what... Almost 18h later my withdrawal is still not processed yet! Talking about crypto withdrawal that is supposed to be instant INDEED! I can only hope now that it's gonna be processed at all... Very disappointed atm. Strongly encourage any serious depositor to steer clear unless they see reviews confirming that this casino is actually capable to pay their winners as per their own promises!
UPDATE 07/04: Five days later, my withdrawal is still NOT processed despite multiple chats with their support hosts. Of course, they fed me with all the dirty little casino tricks in the book called "How to screw a player" including but not limited to:
- "I do not have the ability to approve or speed up withdrawals directly"; (C'mon guys, this is the oldest and cheapest trick, you could do way better!)
- "All withdrawal requests especially those under manual review are handled exclusively by our finance and compliance teams, in accordance with strict licensing and security standards" (Yeah, right, just wondering what Anjouan has to do with 'strict licensing and security standards', lol!)
- "Your withdrawal request is still in the processing queue and being handled as part of our current high-volume review cycle"; (Now this one beats them all! )
Keep you posted cause I have the odd feeling this nightmare is far from being over :(
