The lack of customer care and professionalism by both customer service and complain team are enormous. Not replying to emails completely ignore them and make so difficult if not impossible to withdrawn any funds.
This situation starts in September 2021 and still not resolved.
Also the serious breach of Data Protection that occurs from them should be enough to revogue the gambling license they have and raise concerns to any player or future player when using they services.
I did raise a complain through both Resolver and eCOGRA.
