Made a big mistake and deposit $25 even though I’ll was careful and made sure I’ll had the correct amount typed in, but they automatically withdrawal out $50 this was the first red flag you see. Trying to explain to them what happen is a nightmare they a so incompetent, I’ve have used a lot of casino but by far has to be the worst I’ve had ever dealt with with, they would simply ask are you still the wait 1 second and end chat, They have ended chat total of 11 times. I’ll dare say there only 2 people working at a time and been that casino is such a scam would have customer complaining all the time and they want to provide bogus names to give you a sense on how big the are "it’s a joke. Every single casino I’ll have played in, I’ll always had support that can change a typo, can event verify documentation, Can can resolve basic issues, but this joke of casino likes sound like they have a department to resolve issue, And you must wait 24 hrs , 48hrs what a joke. If I’ll had to guess! there only 2 people working at a time, they are so overwhelmed with the amount of customer are calling to make a complaint but yet they love to end chat the chat without even giving a chance to reply.
