I won 1350€, withdraw it 18.2.24 after 48 hours passed asked live chat how long does withdrawal take, they answered 48 hours or less only rare circumstances it can delay littlebit. Today 22.2.24 I asked them that it's double the time that live chat support told me. After that withdrawal failed and I asked reason to failure no good answer only their relative department investigate that. I already have verified myself with utility bills, personal ID and selfie with ID and bank account infos etc. Hope I get this money soon
