906493992 my gaming id my account is suspended for verification I send documents that are accepted but keep asking for PDF statement for whole month even tho I have provided the support team knows nothing about sportsbook and crypto they keep asking for my deposits of crypto in local payment processor which only supports PKR currency.
- If they don't block one of the best interface casino and sportsbook
- Dumb support team especially Email team
- When it comes to solving issue they transform them into Bots
- Fast account block even tho I'm not even profit
- Very bad experience
