SUMMARY OF THE DISPUTE

I have a balance of 699.32 USDC held in my Stake account that I cannot withdraw. The casino is making the payment conditional on completing the Source of Funds verification (Level 4), but their system automatically rejects the correct document, and their support channels have been sending me around in circles for eight months without providing a concrete solution.

SOURCE OF FUNDS (publicly verifiable)

The balance I am claiming comes entirely from a cryptocurrency gift from a friend, transferred directly to my Stake account on October 26, 2025, plus subsequent earnings within the platform. The gift was 400 USDC in three transactions on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) network, publicly verifiable on the blockchain.

This is an on-chain, public, and tamper-proof document that directly demonstrates the origin of the funds. I also have a gift declaration signed by the donor, which includes their identification, the amount, the date, our relationship, and proof of ownership of the originating wallet.

THE SPECIFIC PROBLEM

1. When I upload the gift declaration to the Source of Funds field, the system automatically and instantly rejects it, without any review. The error message only accepts bank statements, tax returns, or pay stubs, and does not include a gift declaration between individuals, even though that category ("Gifts") is listed as valid in Stake's official article on accepted documentation, and even though the Stake team itself requested that document from me via email.

2. When I try to resolve this through human channels, I get passed around in circles: email redirects me to chat, chat redirects me back to email, and no one manually reviews my document. I've already exhausted all internal casino channels (mailbox, email, and live chat) without getting a solution.

3. I am unemployed, so I do not have pay stubs. My legitimate source of funds for this balance is the crypto gift, the origin of which is already verified on-chain and does not require justification of any other source of income.

FACTS THAT SUPPORT MY CLAIM

Stake acknowledged in writing (via email from agent Yuka) that the only remaining condition for lifting the withdrawal restriction is completing the verification process. He did not mention any violations of terms or regional restrictions as obstacles to payment.

- At the time I placed my bet, Stake was operating legally in Argentina and was openly advertised in the country. Any regional restrictions came after my activity and cannot be applied retroactively to funds won when everything was legal.

- The name of the account holder (Nehuen De Paoli) exactly matches the name on all the submitted documentation.

- I have been trying to verify myself in good faith since 27/10/2025, through multiple means, without receiving a solution.

WHAT I REQUEST

1. That my gift declaration be manually reviewed by the compliance team, since the automatic filter systematically rejects it despite it being a valid source of funds.

2. That Stake clearly and definitively indicates which exact document it accepts in my case, and the exact amount I must justify.

3. The payment of my balance of 699.32 USDC, whose origin is fully documented and verifiable on the blockchain.

RESUMEN DE LA DISPUTA

Tengo un saldo de 699,32 USDC retenido en mi cuenta de Stake que no puedo retirar. El casino condiciona el pago a completar la verificación de Fuente de Fondos (Nivel 4), pero su sistema rechaza de forma automática el documento correcto, y sus canales de soporte me derivan en circulo desde hace ocho meses sin darme una solución concreta.

ORIGEN DE LOS FONDOS (verificable públicamente)

El saldo que reclamo proviene en su totalidad de un regalo en criptomonedas que me hizo un amigo, transferido directamente a mi cuenta de Stake el 26/10/2025, mas las ganancias obtenidas posteriormente dentro de la propia plataforma. El regalo fueron 400 USDC en tres transacciones sobre la red BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), verificables públicamente en la blockchain:

- 100 USDC: 0x91d9f7a2e5ec52c98d985a5265a05538e2d17610d3c0311213a4b0f34d3bd305

Se trata de una prueba on-chain, publica e imposible de falsificar, que demuestra de forma directa el origen del dinero. Además cuento con una declaración de regalo firmada por el donante, que incluye su identificación, el monto, la fecha, la relación entre ambos y la prueba de propiedad de la billetera de origen.

EL PROBLEMA CONCRETO

1. Cuando subo la declaración de regalo al casillero de Fuente de Fondos, el sistema la rechaza de forma automática e instantánea, sin que ninguna persona la revise. El mensaje de error solo admite extractos bancarios, declaraciones de impuestos o recibos de sueldo, y no contempla una declaración de regalo entre particulares, a pesar de que esa categoría ("Gifts") figura como valida en el propio articulo oficial de Stake sobre documentación aceptada, y de que fue el propio equipo de Stake quien me solicito ese documento por correo.

2. Al intentar resolverlo por los canales humanos, me derivan en circulo: el correo me deriva al chat, el chat me deriva al correo, y ninguno revisa manualmente mi documento. Ya agote todos los canales internos del casino (casillero, correo y chat en vivo) sin obtener una solucion.

3. Estoy desempleado, por lo que no poseo recibos de sueldo. Mi fuente de fondos para este saldo es legítimamente el regalo en cripto, cuyo origen ya esta probado on-chain y no requiere justificar ninguna otra fuente de ingresos.

HECHOS QUE RESPALDAN MI RECLAMO

- Stake reconoció por escrito (correo de la agente Yuka) que la única condición pendiente para levantar la restricción de retiro es completar la verificación. No menciona ninguna violacion de términos ni restricción regional como obstáculo para el pago.

- Al momento en que aposte, Stake operaba legalmente en Argentina y se promocionaba abiertamente en el país. Cualquier restricción regional es posterior a mi actividad y no puede aplicarse retroactivamente a fondos ganados cuando todo era legal.

- El nombre del titular de la cuenta (Nehuen De Paoli) coincide exactamente con el de toda la documentación presentada.

- Vengo intentando verificarme de buena fe desde el 27/10/2025, por múltiples medios, sin recibir una solución.

LO QUE SOLICITO

1. Que mi declaración de regalo sea revisada de forma manual por el equipo de cumplimiento, dado que el filtro automático la rechaza sistemáticamente pese a ser una fuente de fondos valida.

2. Que Stake indique de forma clara y definitiva que documento exacto acepta en mi caso, y el monto exacto que debo justificar.

3. El pago de mi saldo de 699,32 USDC, cuyo origen esta plenamente documentado y verificable en la blockchain.

PRUEBAS DISPONIBLES

Cuento con: la declaracion de regalo firmada; las tres transacciones verificables en la blockchain; las capturas del rechazo automatico del casillero; los correos con los agentes de Stake (incluido el de Yuka que reconoce que solo falta la verificacion); y las capturas del chat en vivo donde me derivan sin resolver.
