Έστειλα κι εγώ email πριν από μια εβδομάδα και δεν πήρα απάντηση.
Και χθες έστειλα άλλο ένα και δεν πήρα απάντηση.
Και στο email που έστειλα κατά λάθος, έσπευσαν να μου απαντήσουν ότι δεν υπήρχε λογαριασμός καταχωρημένος στο σύστημα με αυτό το email...
Ούτε είναι φυσιολογικό μια ανάληψη να ακυρώνεται από το καζίνο και το υπόλοιπο απλώς να εξαφανίζεται;
Αν μπορείς να με βοηθήσεις, θα το εκτιμούσα, γιατί μάλλον δεν διάβασες τι έγραψα.

Olá boa tarde. Obrigado pela resposta, mas infelizmente quando fui ler os comentários do casino fui tarde demais..
Além disso enviei email a 1 semana atrás e não obtive resposta.
E enviei outro ontem e também não..
E no email que enviei por engano eles foram rápidos a responder que não tinha nenhuma conta registada no sistema com aquele email..
Também não é normal um levantamento ser cancelado pelo casino e o saldo simplesmente desaparecer..
