Δημιούργησα τον λογαριασμό τον Νοέμβριο του 2023, έπαιξα μερικές φορές και σταμάτησα να παίζω μέχρι αυτόν τον μήνα.
Κέρδισα χρήματα, ζήτησα ανάληψη και μου ζήτησαν έγγραφα (μέχρι τότε όλα ήταν κανονικά) αλλά τώρα θέλουν το αντίγραφο της εικονικής κάρτας και αυτό δεν υπάρχει, έχω στείλει ήδη το αντίγραφο του λογαριασμού, έχω στείλει ήδη φωτογραφία της εικονικής κάρτας και δεν με έχουν επικυρώσει.
Η μέτρια εξυπηρέτηση πελατών δεν μπορεί να μου το εξηγήσει, απλά μου δίνουν λάθος στοιχεία, ο καθένας ζητάει διαφορετικό έγγραφο.
Θα ήθελα να λύσω αυτήν την κατάσταση.

Eu criei a conta em novembro de 2023, joguei algumas vezes e deixei de jogar até este mês.
Ganhei dinheiro, pedi o levantamento e pedem-me documentos (até aí tudo normal) só que agora querem o extrato de cartão virtual e isso não existe, já enviei o extrato da conta, já enviei uma foto de cartão virtual e nada de me validarem.
O serviço cliente medíocre não me consegue explicar, só me dão informações erradas, cada um pede um documento diferente.
Queria resolver esta situação.
