Hola, quisiera exponer mi caso, el problema empieza desde el 6 del presente mes, ese día hice un retiro por la cantidad de $30.01 ha pasado más de una semana y el estado de dicho retiro sigue en estado "pendiente" lo cual para el tiempo que ha pasado hasta ya tuvo que ser depositado a mi cuenta, me he comunicado con ellos y lo único que hacen es pasarme un bot que dice lo mismo de siempre "hemos tenido unos inconvenientes pero estamos resolviendo" eso lo han venido diciendo desde hace más de un mes, me preocupa porque veo que en el sitio de Facebook de doradobet El SALVADOR mucha gente se está quejando que ya no están pagando y eso ya me alarma a mi, de igual manera el sábado pasado ellos tienen una promoción que si te metes los sábados a las 12 del mediodía de El Salvador te regalan 30 giros gratis lo cual gane como 19 dólares más unos partidos que metí el otro retiro asciende a $26.6 entonces obviamente si no me han pagado el retiro de hace más de una semana mucho menos me harán el pago del retiro que hice ahora quisiera una respuesta de parte de ellos pero solamente un bot contesta, y he visto que en la página de Facebook hay gente que lleva más de dos semanas sin recibir el dinero, pero porque para pagar no tienen pero si uno mete dinero rápido te agarran el dinero, quisiera una solución y ver como ese dinero que me gane sin ninguna violacion a sus políticas se me reintegre de antemano muchas gracias por su ayuda.
